Proper hydration is the key to a long healthy life. 1) Natural Motion. The natural motion of water that occurs in streams, springs and other sources of moving water. Water movement in the environment is based on the principle of the vortex, which was brought to public attention first by the late Victor Schauberger. Most people can't visualize this mathematical description of water movement in terms of what actually takes place. If you take a few moments to closely watch fast flowing water in a stream, you will see many of these little shifting whirlpools (vortexes).
2) Frequency Input. As water moves across the surface of the earth
it is exposed to various frequency input from the local geologies.
